 HOSTING NORWEGIANS OCTOBER 24 HOSTING GERMANS ( HANNOVER) HOSTING GERMANS (PFORZHEIM)

One year more, our families  hosted 8 students  aged 14-16 from   Insel-Realschule  school from Pforzheim, Germany.  They  learnt about our education system sharing the school daily life with their hosts, they  also visited Madrid city centre with their hosts and went to the Prado Museum  and the  Bernabeu stadium.  They shared a great day with their hosts visiting Toledo, where they  flew over river Tajo!!

 HOSTING GERMAN STUDENTS FROM HANNOVER From 20th to 25th January 2025, we received 16 students from Hannover (Germany), participating in an Erasmus mobility to our school. This is the program of the week they shared with us. Their Erasmus project is called "WATER AND LIFE", spo we have prepared activities that can contribute to their project, like a walk through Madrid Río, as an example or a modern urban project that transforms the city . They visited Madrid city centre with their Spanish hosts At school, we received a presentation from Lidia Arenillas, responsible of environmental educacion in Las Rozas City Hall. She explained water ecosystems in Sierra de Guadarrama, contributing to our partners project "Water and Life"

 AFTER OUR MOBILITY TO HANNOVER IN FEBRUARY 2024, WE RECEIVED OUR GERMAN PARTNERS IN APRIL 2024. We had a busy week working on our project "Water and Life". CLICK HERE to see the program of the week.  We are very proud to present our final product:   WATER AND LIFE PADLET We worked on the project during 2 months,since we were selected to the mobility.  When we received our German partners, we finished the PADLET adding information about water management in  Germany. We hope you will like the result of our work!!  We presented our project in the Town Hall, were the major of Las Rozas received us!  We prepared a paella in our school for teachers   The outdoor activity for German& Spanish was in the Pantano de  San Juan , where we enjoyed sports related to water. Our final presentations!!  Farewell dinner in Madrid, creating basis for future projects together! 

 AS A RESULT OF THE VISIT OF TWO GERMAN TEACHERS  LAST YEAR ( KNOW MORE HERE ) , 6 STUDENTS WERE HOSTED BY 6 OF OUR STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES  FROM 23-30 APRIL2024 They came from  Inselrealschule Pforzheim, Germany, and the hosts were students of 3 ESO. They experienced daily life in our school, participated in different lessons and learnt about Spanish cultural heritage visiting Madrid city center , Bernabéu Stadium and beautiful Toledo. This is the plan of the week. Their experience was amazing for all of them , guests and hosts, and they created bonds of friendship that we hope will be long-lasting.

 WE  RECEIVE FIVE ITALIAN STUDENTS AND TWO TEACHERS  FROM ISTITUTO ESTATALE LUCIO RADICE FROM ROME . DURING TWO WEEKS FROM 8 TO 18 APRIL 2024 , THEY WERE HOSTED BY FAMILIES. THEY PARTICIPATED IN OUR NORMAL LIFE AT SCHOOL AND VISITED MADRID AND TOLEDO.

  OUR SECOND MOBILITY FOR STUDENTS AS ACCREDITED SCHOOL  :  HANNOVER, GERMANY   PARTNER SCHOOL: Gymnasium Mellendorf   WEBSITE NUMBER OF STUDENTS: 17 AGE: 15-16 DATES OF THE MOBILITY: We will travel on February 2024, we will receive our German hosts on April 2024 PROJECT:  WATER AND LIFE  DAY 1 : WE LEFT MADRID ON THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY 2024  TO FLY TO HANNOVER DAY 2 : WE WERE RECEIVED AT SCHOOL THE SECOND DAY WE WENT ICE SKATING, IT WAS REALLY FUN!!     DAYS 3 AND 4:  WE SPENT THE WEEKEND WITH OUTR FAMILIES DAY 5 : WE VISITED HAMBOURG WITH OUR GERMAN PARTNERS.
